Wheeler Rye is cereal winter rye variety developed in Michigan, exclusively produced at Moore Seed Farm, and certified through the Michigan Crop Improvement Association. 

A tetraploid variety (crossed between a Gator cereal rye and a perennial oriental rye), Wheeler Rye produces a larger volume of green matter compared to other rye varieties; providing a great way to scavenge excess Nitrogen, prevent soil erosion, add organic matter, and suppress weeds.

In addition to its soil conservation benefits, this raw cereal grain is also great for baking, brewing, & distilling!
